Practice Areas

FAMILY-BASED RESIDENCY

If you are a permanent resident or citizen of the United States, you can sponsor family members to come live in the U.S. using the I-130 Petition for Alien Relative. Citizens can petition for spouses, children, parents and siblings; residents can petition for unmarried children and spouses.

INVESTOR VISAS

To qualify as an immigrant (EB-5) or nonimmigrant (E-2) investor, a foreign national must make an at-risk investment in a qualifying commercial enterprise in the U.S. While the EB-5 visa offers a path to permanent residence, the E-2 visa is a temporary nonimmigrant visa.

EXTRAORDINARY ABILITY

You may be eligible for an employment-based visa if you can demonstrate extraordinary ability or achievements in the sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics or if you can show a history as an outstanding professor, researcher, multi-national manager or executive.

EXECUTIVES, MANAGERS AND PROFESSIONALS

U.S. employer may be able to transfer an executive, manager or specialized worker from an affiliated foreign office to an office in the United States. A foreign company may also send a representative to the United States with the purpose of establishing a new affiliated location.

NATURALIZATION

One may become a United States citizen by birth or through naturalization. It is imperative to work with an immigration attorney to asses the potential challenges of your case such as prior criminal records, missed child support payments, excess time spent outside the U.S., IRS debt, and many more.

OTHER VISA CATEGORIES

The U.S. immigration system is complex. Other categories include F and J student visas, H-1B work visas, religious worker visas, victim of a crime, asylum, and many more. We can assess your particular circumstances to determine which immigrant or non-immigrant visa category you may be eligible for.
